My intention as your coach is to help you develop your skills by learning correct form and execution of a

variety of shots. Drilling and playing with intension are the keys to building muscle memory.

Learning cycle

• Unconsciously unskilled: I don’t know what I don’t know (I didn’t know about this)

• Consciously unskilled: I now know what I didn’t know (I’ve been told but don’t know how)
