Melissa is a certified pickleball coach with over four years of experience teaching beginners and coaching level-one players.  Her certifications include level one with PPR, IPTPA, and Dynamite Doubles.

BEGINNER CLASSES

​

Big Rock Beginner Pickleball Course  Beginner lessons are by arrangement at this time.  Regularly scheduled classes will be posted in October 2024.    The course is limited to eight participants.  A nonrefundable $25 deposit will be collected upon registration, with the $100 balance due on the first day of class.  

 

In the beginner class, you will learn the correct technique for basic shots, scorekeeping, and drills you can practice independently.  For questions or to arrange your classes, please contact Melissa Ballenger at melissa@bigrockpb.com

Skill Building Clinic  2.5 to 3.25   Saturday, September 7th, 2024. The clinic is limited to eight participants. A nonrefundable $25 deposit will be collected upon registration, with a $100 balance due a day or two before the clinic. The clinic runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a salad and sandwich buffet lunch provided from noon to 1 p.m.

 

The Skill Building Clinic’s primary goal is to ensure newer players develop good habits, including correct for overall improvement. The clinic will cover the correct form, a variety of shots, and coordinate with your partner.

Gary is available to teach any level, days, evenings, and weekends private lessons, semi-private lessons  for 2 to 4 people.
